Question: Then, what is your structure?
Answer: Precise question, short answer. TCP employs only partners which are strong in consulting as well as in client relations. At the same time we do not require 100% availability. We rather work with a top expert at a 50% level, because those top individuals are involved in other activities as well. This is a modern way of organization and collaboration which uses latest technologies to facilitate it.

Question: There are many consultants "out there". What is different with TCP?
Answer: The fact that many consultants are on the market does not correlate with their quality necessarily. We do have a very simple self-understanding: You are best at consulting in those areas which you have been in active job responsibility before. This results in a number of advantages in particular with the acceptance of customer's employees and implementation. Since we do not cooperate with consultants with no practical experience, we believe to have an edge in competition. There are not so many consultants around with a good mixture of analytical capabilities, service approach and operational track records.
